Silver Lake June 08 : Dunes I 2008- Finally June and the first trip of the year to Silver Lake Sand Dunes for some more off road comraderie. This was another extra special trip as the Counihans were able to come all the way from Arizona and the Dune Rookie of the Year 2007 trophy was presented. (Pictures with PJC in the caption were taken by the Counihans.)

Silver Lake September 07 : Dunes III- Thee Third Annual Silver Lake Apple Fest, BBQ cook off and 2nd Annual MILITARY VEHICLE EXTRAVAGANZA (and classic car show)....  and dune buggy swap meet. The last trip of 2007 to the Silver Lake Sand Dunes. Or is it??? Don is having trouble sleeping at night. Anyone else? A great time was had once again!!! I'm losing sleep waiting for the committee to decide the winner of the 2007 Dune ROY Award. We had a late entry this year and he was tearing it up with his beautiful Trailblazer. Welcome Shawn & Family!!! I vote that they get put in the running for 2008.
